When you or a loved one has been serious injured in an accident, you are entitled to compensation. Your insurance carrier should provide payment to cover the cost of medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. If another party was the cause of the accident, it is their responsibility to provide you compensation. An experienced personal injury attorney can fight for what you deserve even if the other party is uninsured. Do not be left holding the bag for somebody else’s mistakes.
In tragic cases where a loved one has passed due to the actions or inactions of another, you deserve compensation and they deserve punishment. You should not be left with medical debts and funeral expenses while grieving your loss. An attorney will go beyond negotiating with insurance companies. They can file a wrongful death claim on your behalf. The negligent party should pay for their actions and an attorney you can trust can help you seek punitive damages.
