Early morning Wednesday, October 28, a truck driver ran a red light and caused a violent car accident that led to four people being hospitalized. It occurred shortly after 2:30am near Woodall Rodgers Freeway service road near the Akard Street intersection. According to authorities, the truck driver that caused the accident was involved in an earlier crash as well. The truck slammed into an SUV that had three passengers which are all in stable condition.
The driver of the truck, Nathan Clark, was arrested shortly after the accident and now faces multiple charges of driving while intoxicated.
