On November 28, 2015, Yahir Cervantes-Oliver, 12, and his infant sister, Aylin Cervantes-Oliver, were killed in a car accident on Highway 175 near Elsie Faye Heggins Street when they collided with another vehicle. Kelvin Leon Walker, 23, who was driving the other vehicle, is charged with vehicular manslaughter. Toxicology tests are still pending.
